John Bromley

Java / Spring Boot focused student developer working across full-stack project builds.

Final-year BSc Applied Software Engineering student at Cardiff University. I’m comfortable working with commercial-style frameworks such as Spring Boot, building database-backed web applications, contributing in Agile workflows, and developing experience across CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud-focused software delivery.

Practical software, full-stack project work, and cloud-focused direction.

I’m entering my final year of BSc Applied Software Engineering at Cardiff University. My strongest area is Java and Spring Boot, but I’m also comfortable working across frontend templates, relational databases, authentication flows, validation, testing, and deployment planning.

Through university and personal projects, I’ve worked with Agile team delivery, client-style briefs, demonstrations, database-backed applications, DevOps tooling, CI/CD concepts, and maintainable service-led application structure.

I’m aiming toward backend, cloud, platform, or DevOps-adjacent roles where I can keep building practical software, improve production-readiness, and develop stronger experience with modern delivery workflows.
